A negative of digital communication is a lack of face-to-face communication. More information can be send from around the world then ever before this means that we are far more connected.

4. The scale of a business refers to the size and scope of its operations, typically measured by factors such as revenue, number of employees, market reach, and production capacity.

5.  A active digital footprint is left by intentional actions by the user, for example logging into an account. A passive digital footprint is left unintentionally by the user, for example cookies on a website.
