  1. The student should have introduced himself to the Tutor
  2. The Tutor did not give the model of the router, the student should have inquired more and probed the Tutor
  3. The student has asked for the performance of the computers instead of the hardware spec, which would be more appropriate within the context
  4. Student isn't specific enough which office he is referencing when inquiring about the computers age and hardware
  5. They haven't talked about if the have tried upgrading there internet from there ISP
  6. The student doesn't inquire about the VPN
  7. They didn't inquire about the capacity of the current network
  8. The student should have asked if they tested there servers under different scenarios

  1. The student only has one email written, for the technical audience
  2. Instead of UPS the student could use backup generator as this is a non-technical audience

Global RTS The trip was in the morning on the 28th March 2025, Will and Patrick organised it. The purpose of the trip was to gain experience in the aviation industry, specifically air traffic control, using a simulator. We were shown how there simulators work and we were shown how to use them as well as being able to communicate using the aviation alphabet. We met people who worked there, learning how to become an air traffic controller. We used there main sim that used 4 big TVs to show a graphically simulated view of a run way from the view of a tower. We also communicated with headsets to simulate how real air traffic controllers communicate to pilots.
